- No payment = No order.
- we do not entertain orders made via comment/email, please submit your orders through the order form.
- Items will reach us within 10-14 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) after each preorder closes.
- In case such circumstances occur, we will not be held responsible :
- Packages getting lost though normal postage. (Tracking numbers would be provided for Registered postage)
- Suppliers send us the wrong goods, colours, sizes or defects. * (Varies accordingly)
- However, full refunds will be made if your item is out of stock.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Upon placing order, an invoice will be sent to you within 48 hours. Kindly note that we will remove your orders if you do not get back to us within 48 hours.

All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot of your transaction receipt for verification purposes.
We DO NOT accept Concealed cash and cash on delivery.
MAILING INFORMATION
Normal Postage : $1.50 – 1 item, $0.50 additional for every additional item.
Registered Postage: Additional $2.24 on top of normal postage.
New meetup venues: Ngee Ann poly/Clementi MRT station/Bedok MRT station.
